Scheduling orders by batch - Printing t-shirts using the heat press method usually takes a day to complete and this starts after the payment has been settled. While some people don’t mind waiting for a day or so to pick up their t-shirts, there are some people who might demand to get theirs unreasonably quick.

To avoid scenarios like this, it would be a good idea to set their expectations from the start by scheduling a cutoff time for processing orders and sticking with them. That way, you will be able to control when to pick up and send out t-shirts without rushing or incurring additional expenses in the process.

If you want, you can also invest in reserve assets by purchasing a number of t-shirts in advance and storing them for easy retrieval when you receive an order. This can be pretty handy when you’ve got important customers who don’t have the time to wait for the t-shirts to get processed.

Building a customer database - Building a database is a convenient way to store and retrieve information. You can do this by gathering all relevant information related to your existing and potential customers such as their names; mobile numbers; email addresses, social connections, and the likes. You can then use it to inform them of the latest t-shirt releases, promotions, contests, or other pieces of information that they may become interested in.

Maintaining an inventory - Maintaining an inventory is important in keeping track of business statistics. By monitoring your inventory, you can keep track of the numbers of orders you receive, the number of stocks you have at hand, your most popular products, maybe your even most loyal customers to give some examples. It won’t even cause you extra trouble because there are now a lot of free inventory programs that you can download from the internet for free. All you’ll have to do is input the required data and it would take care of the rest for you.
